Dance Conditioning is an exercise class for dancers and non-dancers. You just have to want to be stronger, more flexible, and want to understand the mechanics of the human body. This class will help you become in tune with your body on a kinesthetic level. You will learn how to conduct dance moves and more, in an safe and efficient manner. We will study kinesthetic awareness through movement fundamentals, yoga, Pilates, and dance specific exercises. Dance Conditioning will not perform in the year end show. You do not have to be in dance, to take Dance Conditioning.
